Perhaps a sign of something big to come from the mobile giant is the news that Sony have filed for the Trademark on the name ‘Xperia Duo’ with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).
There are no currently ‘unknown’ models of Xperia handsets that are on the horizon for release and the name can’t possibly indicate that the Duo will be sonys first dual core CPU’d handset as the latest Xperia handsets eg the Xperia S, P and U already have the dual core processor so, we have no idea what the Xperia Duo could bring to the table as yet. It’s exciting news though and speculation on what the Xperia Duo could be is bound to be rife until Sony let us all in on their latest secret.
