Additional photos of one of the worst kept secrets of Sony Ericsson, the Xperia Play, were seen over a couple of Chinese websites. We can now confirm some of its specifications which are:

- Qualcomm Adreno 205 GPU
- Capable of 60 frames per second
- 4 “ display , 854×480 resolution
- 5 MP camera, autofocus, LED Flash

A game launcher is also included called “Playstation Pocket”. As of this writing it is still not known what games this app will be launching. Fans are speculating between PSOne games since the company has existing emulator software, PSP games or an entirely new set of Android based games.
From the photos we can see that it has a similar design to that of the PSP Go. The only difference is that the PSP Go has lower specifications.
PSP Go Specifications
- 333 MHz Processor
- 64 MB RAM
- 3.8” display, 480×272 resolution
If the PSP Go can deliver stunning game play with the specifications it has then the Xperia Play will be expected to deliver more than what the PSP Go is offering.
