To celebrate the release of Minecraft on the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play, Mojang the creators of Minecraft have put up a limited edition Minecraft Xperia Play on eBay. They say that in the past, prizes they’ve given away have often been spotted on eBay after. So this time around, they got there first.
The auction ends tomorrow and bidding currently stands at $1525. The handset has been painted and comes with a Minecraft wallpaper to match the body of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play. Minecraft was released this week for the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play and is available to download as a free edition or a paid full edition which costs £4.29. The game sees randomly created worlds ready to be explored and developed using the 36 different types of blocks available making it possible for you to make a cave or build a mountain and much more.
