You can also check to see if the update is available for your handset by comparing your handsets “Sales Item number” with the list below. To find your sales item number of your handset, it is printed on the back of your phone, under the battery next to the serial number. The sales item number consists of 4 digits, followed by a dash and a further 4 digits and may end with .X. Once you’ve found your sales item number, use the find function on your browser (usually done by holding “Ctrl” and pressing “F”) and enter the number.
