The Japanese mobile carrier NTT Docomo have announced that from today they will be selling the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc across Japan. The handset will launch in Midnight Blue, Misty Silver and Sakura Pink. The Sakura pink model is an exclusive to Japan.

In HSDPA service areas, a new extra high speed downlink service will launch allowing downlink speeds of up to 14Mbps. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is the first handset in Japan to support this service.

Japanese network carrier Docomo have confirmed that they will be stocking the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc upon release in Japan. Not only will they be stocking both the misty silver and midnight blue models though, which Sony Ericsson previously confirmed as the two Xperia Arc colors, Docomo will also get the Xperia Arc in an exclusive “sakura pink”.
