Sony Ericsson are holding a very special event at the end of this month and you’re invited. The event celebrates the launch of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play in the UK. The launch event will take place in London on Thursday March 31st between 9am and 5pm. You can drop in any time you like and will have chance to play with the new handset. Sony Ericsson have confirmed that tickets aren’t needed and it’s open to everyone.

As of yet though, the exact location isn’t known. Sony Ericsson are keeping this secret until closer to the day. All we know is that it will be held in Central London. Sony Ericsson will post the location nearer the time on their Facebook wall. Also if you RSVP to the event you will be entered into a chance to win the Xperia Play before it goes on launch in the UK.
