Earlier this week we reported that Sony were giving fans the chance to bring the announcement of the next Sony Xperia phone closer. The original announcement date was set as June 22nd but, thanks to all the Sony fans, Sony have announced the handset today.
The next Xperia handset is the Sony Xperia Miro. The Miro features a 3.5 inch display, a 5 megapixel camera, xLOUD, a larger battery for longer usage and will come with Android 4.0. Sony have dubbed the handset as a fun social smartphone. It comes with Facebook inside Xperia so you can stay connected wherever you are and has unique illuminations for social updates and calls.
The Xperia Miro will be available in black, black and pink, white as well as white and gold. Pricing and availability is currently unknown.
