The latest Sony Ericsson Xperia home launcher as seen on the unreleased Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray has been leaked and is available to download and install as an apk. There isn’t much difference between the current launcher and the updated version but, there are a few added touches which will improve the Xperia experience.

By clicking a button while in the menu you can uninstall apps by pressing the “X” button. When viewing the Widget overview the widgets now float and when you shake the phone, the widgets fly over the screen.
